Policies, procedures, services provided, legal classification of the programs listed on this site are subject to change without notification. Persons considering enrolling a child in one of the programs recommended are encouraged to tour the school prior to making a decision and will also be required to complete an application and agree to the school's enrollment agreement. The assessment tool we provide is not equivalent to a thorough psychological examination, but can be helpful to give parents' and guardians' an idea of how serious their child's behavior is. The recommendations provided by using our assessment tool represent the opinions of the owners and are based on their personal and professional experience in working with troubled teens.

Each school we recommend is fully responsible for the fulfillment of that school's enrollment agreement. Teen Revitalization is not responsible for any breach of contract by any school we recommend. Teen Revitalization reserves the right to refuse service to any parent we believe is not committed to fully supporting their child in the program.
